Lifetime Replacement Warranty

    Lens Loop camera slings are made with pride from the best quality materials. We will replace any strap or hardware that develops a defect in the course of normal use to the original purchaser. For replacement information, please contact info@LensLoop.com. 

 Shipping Policy

    All orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Ohio, US within 2 business days of ordering. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail for every order.

  • Shipping within the United States is $5.
  • International shipping is $10.
  • Domestic or International shipping is free for orders greater than $60. 
  • Local import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Return Policy

   We hope that you enjoy your new strap. That said, we understand that sometimes people change their minds. If you would like to return your Lens Loop, please e-mail us within 30 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping. Camera straps and hardware must be in original condition.

Limit of Liability

    Liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the product. Buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for injury and/or property damage caused by either direct or indirect use of the product.
